Located in a quiet urbanisation, you will be able to relax next to the spacious communal swimming pool surrounded by gardens, available all year round. The area offers easy access to fine sandy beaches and beach bars to enjoy local gastronomy and the Mediterranean atmosphere. Additionally, you will be very well connected thanks to the A7 motorway, which connects with tourist destinations such as Marbella, Fuengirola and Estepona, but with guaranteed tranquillity thanks to the windows and closures that isolate noise and maintain the ideal temperature with air conditioning and heat pump.

Tout était parfait : la propreté du logement avec cette vue EXTRAORDINAIRE !!!! Les photos reflètent parfaitement de la qualité et du confort du logement ! Pouvoir se garer dans le parking de la résidence est un réel plus. Et lorsque que vous avez de lourdes valises, vous n'avez pas d'étages à monter. Il y a également une piscine au sein de la résidence que je n'ai pas testée mais qui semble du même standing que l'appartement et peu fréquentée lors de ma venue (début juin). Vous êtes à une vingtaine de minutes de l'aeroport et tous les commerces sont à quelques minutes de l'appartement et la mer de l'autre côté de la rue il y en a pour tous les goûts. Une semaine de vacances parfaite dans ce logement avec comme cerise sur le gateau l'accueil et la disponibilité de Violeta qui est une hôte fantastique un grand merci Violeta !

Todo. Es perfecta porque es un apartamento limpio cómodo y con una ubicación ideal. La dueña de la casa se pone en contacto contigo nada mas hacer la reserva y siempre esta disponible ante cualquier duda. La cocina bien equipada y todo practicamente nuevo.La piscina esta limpia y no suele haber mucha gente. Es muy tranquila.

El apartamento estaba de 10. Todo nuevo, habia de todo. La ubicacion era ideal, y las vistas un lujo ya que dan al mar. Sofa cama muy comodo. Las camas muy comodas. El baño amplio. Aire acondicionado y wiffi , dos aspectos muy positivos de cara a vacaciones. Cocina muy equipada. Urbanizacion tranquila y familiar con piscina y facil de aparcar. Bien comunicado por carretera y de facil acceso. Sin duda una estancia perfecta con todo lujo de detalles. 100x100 recomendable. Volveremos!!
