This charming apartment in Mijas Costa offers a modern and functional space with capacity for 4 people, perfect for couples or small families who want to enjoy the beach and nature. Located on the sixth floor with an elevator, it stands out for its sea views and gardens of a community with extensive green areas, swimming pools, children's areas and direct access to the coastal path and the beach.
The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and sea views, and another also with a double bed, both with comfortable space to store luggage. The bright and modern living-dining room integrates with the terrace so you can have breakfast or lunch enjoying the landscape. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. The bathroom has a shower tray.
The location is unbeatable: just 50 metres from the sandy beach of Calahonda, with nearby supermarkets (Mercadona, CC La Cañada Shopping, Overseas British Supermarket), restaurants and excellent road and public transport connections (Avanza Mijas-Målaga bus line 150 m away). Additionally, it is a few kilometres from points of interest such as the Dunas de Artola natural park, golf courses, the city of Marbella, Fuengirola, and water and amusement parks for family plans.
The community has free unnumbered parking, and the swimming pool will remain open until September 30th, although there may be changes according to community decisions.
