The kitchen opens into a cozy living room furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The sofa can be converted into an additional bed to accommodate one extra guest if required (140 x 200 cm / 55 x 79 in).



The living room leads directly to a private 20 m² terrace featuring a dining table for 4 guests, where you can enjoy meals and drinks while taking in the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
