This beautifully furnished 4-bedroom villa with private gardens and swimming pool offers comfortable, stylish accommodation in a peaceful setting on the western side of Calahonda. The villa has been furnished to a high standard and features a large rustic-style kitchen which opens onto a covered front terrace with seating for two – the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee.



The bright and spacious lounge leads directly onto the private garden, creating a lovely connection between the indoor and outdoor living areas.



On the ground floor, there is a comfortable double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, which leads through to a twin bedroom. This layout works particularly well for two families travelling together. Both bedrooms have direct access to the private garden.



The garden terrace features a BBQ and large dining table, making it ideal for relaxed alfresco meals with family and friends.



Upstairs, there is a further double bedroom and twin bedroom, together with a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a sunny south-west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views.



The villa's beautifully maintained private gardens and swimming pool provide a peaceful space to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the Costa del Sol sunshine.

Situated on the mid-western side of Calahonda, the villa is approximately 15 minutes' walk from the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and local amenities.



The nearby Cabopino Golf area also offers scenic walking routes, providing plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.



As with all our holiday homes, this is a NON-SMOKING property.

Additional person supplement 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
