In the living/bedroom area, you'll find a single trundle bed, ideal for a child, along with a TV for entertainment. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge, including all necessary kitchenware and utensils for cooking. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. A washing machine is also provided for your use. Guests can enjoy air conditioning throughout the apartment for comfort. Shared outdoor amenities include a garden, a refreshing outdoor swimming pool with deckchairs and a parasol, and public parking is available. For families with young children, a high chair and a baby crib are provided free of charge, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. A utilities & service fee of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link.
