The area around the apartment is quiet with a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance, here there are also several lovely beach bars and beach restaurants along the Mija coastline.

The apartment has access to a large and well-kept pool area with sun beds and a small bar.



The Space:

As you step into the apartment, you’re welcomed by a spacious and inviting living room, designed for both relaxation and socializing. The cozy sofa area faces a large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining friends.



Further in, you’ll find a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and everything else you might need to enjoy your holiday.



Stepping out from the living room, you’re greeted by a large terrace spread across two levels. Downstairs, you’ll find a charming dining area, sun loungers, and a cozy lounge corner—perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the sun. Upstairs, there’s another dining area, a lounge space, and sunshine from morning until evening, offering the perfect spot to unwind or entertain.
