The cozy bedroom overlooks a courtyard and offers a spacious wardrobe along with a comfortable queen-size bed for restful nights. The bright living area includes a sofa bed and a dining space for up to four guests—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.



A scenic 18-minute walk takes you to Le Charcón Beach, where you can enjoy everything from beachfront dining and refreshing drinks to sun loungers, water sports, and even massages.



Just below the apartment, you’ll find an exclusive pool area accessible only to select residences via private key. It features a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, complimentary sun loungers, and showers.
