This duplex located in a gated urbanisation in La Cala, on the second line of golf, is the ideal property to spend your holidays or to spend a few months in total comfort.
It is a semi-detached duplex accessed by a porch. Inside the property, there is a living-dining room with a sofa bed, the independent kitchen and a toilet.
On the upper floor, very bright throughout the day, is the master bedroom with a terrace with partial views of the sea, the mountains and La Noria golf course, and an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage bath. We also find the secondary bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The urbanisation has two well-maintained swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, as well as a padel court with night lights. (Please check the pool opening months before booking, as they are not open all year round).
The property has a private outdoor parking space, but within the gated community and monitored by cameras and security guards.
The urbanisation has a privileged location, only 3 minutes' walk from Lidl, and crossing the bridge, 10 minutes' walk from La Butibamba beach. It is close to everything but you enjoy very much the sounds of nature and tranquillity.

If you plan to arrive outside standard check-in hours, please let us know in advance. We offer a late check-in with meet & greet so that your arrival is as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RULES
Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:
Excessive general dirt on the property.
A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.
Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.
Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).
Services, Works and Environment: At Mojo Rentals, our priority is that you enjoy a pleasant stay. For this reason, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it to you in optimal conditions. However, the guest accepts the following:
We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.
Community Works: We are not responsible for any possible acoustic or visual disturbance caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community that are carried out in common areas (façade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).
External Works and Third Parties: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and external areas) or noise or disturbances caused by construction works, renovations or maintenance carried out outside the property by third parties (adjacent plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our control, we have no authority over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
