The check in was fine. I stayed here a week ago & my room was perfect. This room is on another floor with a different layout. The shower door will not stay closed so water runs on the bathroom floor. Also the towel rack leaks ( it is heated) so that creates excess water on the floor. The thermostat will not stay down when you adjust it.

The hotel is listed as an "airport hotel" but is located off the beaten path in a residential area, a bit difficult to find and there is nothing nearby. We had to circle around to approach the hotel from a different direction in order to park the car. Luckily there was a restaurant at the hotel so we did not have to search for a place for dinner. We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast and they kindly offered a breakfast to-go which consisted of a bottle of water, a carton of orange juice and several packaged foods including crackers, a tiny muffin and other things we were unfamiliar with. A nice gesture, but nothing we wanted and we left it behind. The room itself as basic, clean. Next time I will chose something closer to the hotel.

This was an unexpected surprise! The hotel was great and the restaurant adjacent was AMAZING! We arrived a bit later than expected and had no dinner plans. The restaurant was fully booked for the night, however, the wonderful agent at the front desk did some magic and got us a table within 30 minutes! This was one of the best meals we had all week. The airport shuttle was great: on time and friendly. We did not have time for breakfast for our flight was very early, however they even offered a bag breakfast to take with us. This is a MUST stay if you need a place close to the airport, clean comfortable and friendly staff.

Airport shuttle was good except i couldn’t access that on my arrival which was late. Also, next time, it will be good to send late night instructions to the client who may not be able to send a message earlier because of the flight. One could get stranded if that happens and you arrive when there is no front desk person because they have closed.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. The hotel staff are wonderful and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle is a great benefit, and the hotel has an excellent restaurant with a great complimentary morning breakfast.

What a wonderful experience! The free shuttle takes about 10 minutes. It returned us to the airport in the morning. The large room had a balcony overlooking the restaurant and garden. Make sure to have dinner there. It was outstanding!

Close to MXP with a free transfer between the airport and hotel. We landed late and the shuttle picked us up at 10:45pm and took us back to the airport at 04:00am. They even prepared us breakfast to takeaway due to us leaving early when we asked. Would stay again!

Conveniently located hotel approx 10-15 drive from Malpensa Airport, with spacious quadruple room perfect for family for 4, this hotel is clean with wonderful staff, its own excellent restaurant downstairs, and its own free shuttle bus to and from Malpensa Airport. Would definitely recommend.

Reception and free shuttle were great. That part was 5*. Super fast at responding to calls and emails. The airport transfer is a bonus of this place and the hotel restaurant is amazing. Best pizza we had in all of Italy. As for the room, that was a different story. :-/ Does not look like photos. Definitely needs a renovation. The bathroom did not look like the floor was cleaned and it was old old old. But if you’re only here for a night it’s manageable.

A truly hidden gem for a stay close to Malpensa Milano Airport particularly as it provides an airport shuttle. Located in a small village atmosphere the hotel offers an alternative to staying in Milan itself. Close to a train station makes it easy to travel to other locations. A recommendation I would suggest is to improve the lighting in rooms otherwise I would definitely stay again.
