Efficient but not accomodating

Modern and clean. No holding luggage after check out....only a credit card operated locker system.......never seen a hotel nickel and dime its guests like this. No in-room safe. You're directed to the same locker system on the ground floor. No courtesy instant coffee or tea in room. Staff friendly and efficient. But I'm left with the impression of a hotel trying to nickel and dime its guests for amenities which are free in every other hotel I've stayed in in Italy.

Ideal welcome to Milan

We had to book this last minute but are very pleased we chose this place. The staff were attentive but not pushy. The room was ideal for our purposes for an overnight stay, although we might have felt a bit cramped if we had stayed more nights. The breakfast is good and the free table football in the foyer is fun.

Property is ok but limited service. All is seeing commercially. But facilities and service is not suitable. Their main view is earning money without facilities of boarders.

Unclean rooms in seemingly unsafe surroundings

The lobby is pleasant but the rooms are bare and not fully clean. There were stray ping-pong balls on the floor in the room and I found a bug and hairs in the bed. This might be an ok place if you are looking to save money by having many people in the same room (my room could have slept 3 people, including a day bed). Also the area around the hotel does not feel safe at night.

This hotel is now and has lots of amenities however we stayed there for 7nights and the dryer was always broken, the bed sheets were not changed not even once, and the housekeeping does not really do a job with cleaning. The rooms was so dusty and the toilets and shower stink. Breakfast was also average, not worth it as they are limited choices and took 10 mins to refill cups for coffee and 20 Mins to refill the juice

This hotel offers a cool experience. The common areas for coking allow an opportunity to meet other travellers. The room was clean and bright. The area around the hotel is a bit rough with people who are down on their luck.
