Efficient but not accomodating
Posted Aug. 14, 2020 on HotelsModern and clean. No holding luggage after check out....only a credit card operated locker system.......never seen a hotel nickel and dime its guests like this. No in-room safe. You're directed to the same locker system on the ground floor. No courtesy instant coffee or tea in room. Staff friendly and efficient. But I'm left with the impression of a hotel trying to nickel and dime its guests for amenities which are free in every other hotel I've stayed in in Italy.

Thanks you for giving us your precious time to leave your comment witch helps us to improve our service, also for your positive comments for our modern an clean rooms and the friendliness of our staff.We are sorry for the misunderstanding as we are a hybrid between hostel and hotel as the policy of the hostel our rooms are not equipped with a safe or the courtesy instant coffee or tea, so we are trying to satisfy our customers by offering them all the services at the minimum cost as for lockers witch it's very safe appearing of 0,50 € per hour, and our bar is open for 24 hours for any needs.

Ideal welcome to Milan
Posted Aug. 12, 2020 on HotelsWe had to book this last minute but are very pleased we chose this place. The staff were attentive but not pushy. The room was ideal for our purposes for an overnight stay, although we might have felt a bit cramped if we had stayed more nights. The breakfast is good and the free table football in the foyer is fun.

Property is ok but limited service. All is seeing commercially. But facilities and service is not suitable. Their main view is earning money without facilities of boarders.

We regret that we did not meet your expectations, since our main objective is not to make money, on the contrary, to exceed the expectations of those who choose us.
Our hotel offers different services that can be added at check in with an extra cost such as Late Check Out, Parking, Laundry Service, and the continental breakfast buffet. However, we offer other services at no extra charge such as a 24 hour guest kitchen, free wifi, towels and a 24 hour open bar.
We are sorry if we did not inform you properly at the time of check in.

Unclean rooms in seemingly unsafe surroundings
Posted Feb. 21, 2020 on HotelsThe lobby is pleasant but the rooms are bare and not fully clean. There were stray ping-pong balls on the floor in the room and I found a bug and hairs in the bed. This might be an ok place if you are looking to save money by having many people in the same room (my room could have slept 3 people, including a day bed).
Also the area around the hotel does not feel safe at night.

Regarding the cleaning, we sincerely emphasize it (and not only in the common areas) because we know how important it is.
We will take your opinion into account and carry out further checks.
Regarding the area where the hotel is located, we regret that you did not consult our staff about it, since we had told you that the area is certainly safe, it is a university residential area, so there are restaurants, supermarkets, bars and even a beautiful park nearby, not to mention that the Lambrate train and subway station are in front of the hotel and it is very easy to get to the city center.
We hope you give us a second chance to show you that we really want to provide our guests with excellent service.
