Bayfront Cottage with Spectacular Views

Be prepared to enjoy the view of the stunning sunrises over the ocean and enjoy a refreshing drink on the back deck to view the incredible sunsets over the marsh. Enjoy a fully stocked and newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and all the amenities. Watch porpoises at play from the comfortably furnished Great Room. Enjoy the gas fireplace on cool evenings or star gaze from the hot tub. The upper floor is reserved for the extra large master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, en suite bath and large sitting room. Two other bedrooms are located on the main floor, and contain 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed.

This stay was amazing! A beautiful, well kept beach home. The decor and artwork were so nice and the fresh flowers in the main living space were a special touch. The outdoor space was beautiful and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the home had EVERYTHING you could need in the kitchen, laundry and beds/ baths. Communication with Glenn was seamless. Very responsive and accommodating. We had a small issue with the hot tub and he sent someone out within the hour to resolve the issue! Check in and out instructions were very easy. This was our first trip to Delaware and this stay made it perfect. Thanks so much!

The house was incredibly clean and I'm very picky, so that was awesome. Stay here for the views alone! The hot tub was a real treat. If you're looking for somewhere that's quiet and serene to relax, then this is the place. Everything was great and we will be staying here again!

This was a repeat stay for us - again during the first week of November. Wonderful property. Exceptionally clean and stocked with supplies. Beautiful views of water, sunrises and sunsets. Quiet neighborhood. Adored the hot tub and gas fireplace. We plan to make this a yearly tradition!

Great directions on checking and check out, very good communication with Glenn. Hot tub was amazing and very easy to use. Beach was easy to get to with beautiful sun rises and the porch provided access to beautiful sun sets. There were quite a few fruit flies inside the house but they seemed to be around outside too so I think that just comes with beach life, I would still stay again here and would still rate the stay 5/5. Great value for the money

Lovely! Absolutely Perfect! Just 3 days of complete comfort, relaxation and peace and quiet- our Cera (pomchi) NEVER barked. Mum, 89 went up steps fine for in/out & was able to navigate main level and back deck. We’ve already booked a return next year. Really enjoyed our stay here. Upstairs bed was very comfortable & the view was great! The guest beds were a little bit in the softer/uncomfortable side. We didn’t do much cooking but if you needed too there was everything you could possibly need! The hot tub was great! Bring some bug spray with you. The fireplace was so cozy. A really quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it!

This is our third stay. Coming back again in March and October of next year. Love it here, has everything we need. Beautifully decorated and furnished! So peaceful sitting on the deck near the water watching the sunrise and sunset. Also near Lewes and Rehoboth for shopping and dinner out.

Bring your clothes and your groceries - this house has everything else! Very generous amenities, including all linens and extra paper products. It was super clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and one dog. We will be back again as soon... as we can snag some available dates!!
