I felt the breakfast bar was vastly under serve the food was luke warm at best and lot of things were not restocked while we were there such as muffins and breads etc. Our room was okay however since my spouse and i are mobility impaired she uses a rollator and myself a cane a more ada room would have been appreciate. The bathroom lacked grab bars for the shower and also no bath mat to prevent falls tub was very slick to stand in.

Made us wait for an hour to check in when there was one car in the ENTIRE parking lot. Nice people but older place. Worn carpet, low toilets, noisy AC unit. Good ice machine and breakfast was ok.

The hotel staff was very kind. We look for a pool and the fitness room when we book a hotel. The pool was closed and we booked it expecting to be able to use it during our stay. The fitness room showed a treadmill in the picture in addition to the exercise bike and that was not there as well. The coffee in the breakfast area is not for human consumption. The coffee in the lobby, however, is not bad. For the cost of the stay, the accommodations were limited.

This was really close to all the fields, but unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Hotel was very nice. We had a great stay.

Likes: Everything about the room (suite)! The complimentary breakfast was great! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The added amenities, such as the "gift shop & store" were really nice with a lot of choices for snacks & souvenirs. Being that is was a very hot weekend, the excellent AC in the room was greatly appreciated. The beds and many pillows were extremely comfortable! The extra amenities in the rooms, such as the ironing board & iron and hair dryer came in handy! Definitely, highly recommend at stay here whether just passing thru or for the MLB Baseball Hall of Fame/Dreams Park, or any other reason you have to be in the Cooperstown/Milford are of upstate NY. 10/10 NOT a DISLIKE, but merely a minor inconvenience: Pool & jacuzzi were under closed/under maintenance. Need more baggage trollies. Despite signs in the lobby and the elevator(s), some customers kept the (2) available ones in their rooms overnight and therefore were unavailable in the morning of checkout.
