Spruce Hill - A superb choice for large groups – just 1 mile south of the Cooperstown Dreams Park.  This rambling farmhouse was built circa 1830 and completely recently renovated with modern amenities. All of the updates were carefully planned to meet baseball tournament families' needs.

The hardwood floors add warmth and character. This home was specifically designed for multiple families.  This house features two living rooms – one for the children and one for the adults. There is also a newly built 24 x 24 great room, complete with wet bar and cathedral ceilings.  There is a large eat-in kitchen, a handicap-accessible bedroom and bath, and parking for 8 cars.

The owners have thought of your every need. There is central a/c and a total of 8 TVs. Each of the queen bedrooms has a SMART TV. There is a 65" SMART  TV in the great room as well as a SMART TV in the living room. In addition to the 6.5 baths, two of the bedrooms have a private sink. Spruce Hill is a 5,000 square foot home.

One well-supervised team party is welcomed.

Great house for a big group

The house was great for our group of 17. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was well supplied, had everything we needed to cook several meals. Very close to Dreams.

Amazing house in close proximity to dreamspark

We had the best time at the Spruce Hill house. We had 4 families in the house and we had plenty of room. The house is 1.2 miles from Dreamspark and a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. The Union Grant grocery store is close by.

Great house for CDP

The house is super close to CDP and made bouncing back and forth quick and easy. The right turn into the park added to that while watching cars a mile backed up trying to make the left and turn from the other direction. We had 4 sets of parents and a few kids and honestly could have had 1-2 more families with all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. We could put the kids in the game room, close the door and have adult time. The house was well equipped to cook and had lots of extras like spices, dish soap, soap/shampoo in every bathroom. Would 100% recommend the house.
