Welcome to The Summer House, located in the quaint waterfront community of Slaughter Beach on the southern shores of the Delaware Bay.

Only 70 feet from the water’s edge, our cottage offers breathtaking views of the Delaware Bay and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for couples, families, grandparents, and children alike.

Perfect getaway!

Absolutely Amazing

This place was absolutely amazing. My boys loved all the sea life they were able to see and explore. They flipped over so many horseshoe crabs. Jennifer was amazing at responding to any questions we had prior to our stay and while we were there. We will definitely be back!

The property manager was excellent, the beach house was beautiful and had everything a family would need to enjoy their visit. The views off the beach were beautiful. I would recommend this beach house. It was relaxing and enjoyable.

Our second stay at the Summer House was just as peaceful and lovely as our first visit. The home is comfortable and has everything we needed for the week. Relaxing Stay Our family of 4 stayed here for 7 days and it was so secluded and far away touristy areas.The property was 5 stars. The layout and furniture were beautiful and clean.The beds so comfortable!The only drawback was the bay was not so enjoyable due to the bugs and we couldn’t swim in the water due to the mucky waters.Lots and lots of Horseshoes crabs… all dead and the smell is bad at times.
