Property has full kitchen, breakfast area, living room with TV, internet available, lots of windows with lake view, handicap ramp, wrap around deck with furniture, propane grill, fishing pier, small beach area and woods along lake shore. Space to dock a boat available upon request. There is a short gravel drive up to the cabin.

*****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025 *****
