Wedding time

was awesome after the 35-40 minutes waiting for the code to be programmed into the lock. We had to call VRBO as we had no communication with the owner. Supposedly the lock was programmed to my last 4 of my phone, but not on this occasion. Tried several times, and called VRBO twice to get inside. Once inside, it was everything advertised ! Comfortable, almost as living at what my parents home could be!! Sorry, we took an extra half hour, but it seemed appropriate since we didnt arrive till 8 pm, and it took 45 min to get in!

Wedding Weekend

My family stayed here to celebrate my son’s wedding! The home was just as described- clean and so adorable! Julie was a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions we had! We would absolutely recommend her home to anyone visiting Lancaster!

Great place to stay to Explore Lancaster

This small cottage is very cute, suited all our groups need. We had 8 people yet had plenty of space. There is one full bathroom on the first floor, and a half bath on the first floor. I recommend staying here to explore Lancaster. Great location

Cozy home away from home

Was in town for a religious festival. Just far enough from downtown to not deal with crowded roads but close enough to get anywhere you want within 20 minutes. The only down side is the road outside the house is on a curve and cars whiz by at anytime. The upside is everything you could possibly look for in a VRBO. Clean, cozy, and not too noisy.

My sister, mom and two aunties enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cape. It was a comfortable place to rest after each days activities. The highlights included: seeing Moses at Sight and Sound and attended the hot air balloon festival.

The Cozy Cape lives up to it's branding.

Very warm and cozy home. Lots of incidentals to show we were welcome and thought of. Good directions for exiting, with a written post so that we would not forget what to do. Host was quickly available if there was a need. Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for daily meals when we needed to cook. Highly recommend to others.
