Wake up to the sounds of the bay and enjoy your morning coffee on one of two porches. Spend your days soaking up the sun at the private beach or the pools, explore scenic walking trails, or simply unwind with family and friends in the inviting living spaces.

Designed with families in mind, Oasis offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out while staying connected. In the evenings, share stories by the fireplace or take a peaceful stroll along the marina.

Guests of Oasis also enjoy access to community amenities, including multiple pools, walking trails, private beaches, pickleball and tennis courts, baseball field, and the marina—perfect for boating, fishing, or simply taking in the views —all just steps away!

Boat Slips Available - Boaters will love the convenience of on-site boat slips within walking distance. Available on a first-come, first-served basis:
$40 per day / $200 per week
Slips accommodate boats up to 32 feet long with an average water depth of 4 feet at low tide.

Pet-Friendly Retreat - Bringing your furry friend? Dogs are welcome - they'll love the dog park!
2-dog maximum
$50 per pet, per night or $225 per week fee
Please note your pet when making a reservation.

Booking Information:
Summer Season: 7-night minimum stay (Sunday-Sunday)
Check-In: 4 PM on Sundays
Check-Out: 10 AM on Sundays
Off-Season: 2-night minimum stay
A signed rental agreement is required. Renters must be at least 25 years of age and provide valid proof of age.
