Thanks for stopping by our professionally designed new home. Our unique beach house ensures an elevated experience for you and your loved ones. Less than 3 miles from Bethany Beach boardwalk, we have everything you could need such as beach chairs, extra parking, the privacy of an end unit and the accommodations of the Bishops Landing Community. You will never want to leave!

There are also 8 Beach Shuttle passes to get you from the community to the boardwalk!

Our home has just about everything you need to make your stay comfortable with the conveniences of home. Coffee makers, bikes, Roku TV's that enable you to stream from your personal accounts, grill, outdoor seating, etc. Ask us and we'll let you know- we've been known to add to the house if the items you want there aren't on the list!

Amazing attention to detail

This property checks all the boxes and then some! It was so easy to move in and settle in for a week with everything we'd need right at our fingertips. The property itself is beautiful and meticulously cared for and managed. We spent a lot of time in the pools, walking (loved the nature trail), and riding bikes. The shuttle to Bethany Beach was a great feature for us too. Beds were all very comfortable and everything was so clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and the kids loved all the games and books available to them. It was great but having to lug all of our beach stuff from home with us, too. The upstairs living area provided a nice separate space for the kids to relax and hang out. We were so pleased we chose this home for our family vacation and would happily return!

Just what we needed!

We were two families traveling with four children, aged 3.5 to 12. This property was perfect for us. The facilities and amenities are wonderful. The house is spacious and well kept. We would come back here again and again.

Our favorite part of our stay was the clubhouse pool. It was perfect for our family. And swimming at night was a treat. We also liked that it was only 3 miles to the beach. The house manual needs updating and I did communicate that to the owner. I emailed the property manager at the beginning of our trip and I never heard back from them. I got the email from the manual, so maybe that was incorrect as well. Trash pick up days, bracelet info for the beach shuttle, and beach shuttle times were among some of the things that were incorrect in the manual. When we got there we did not have linens or towels on the beds. I did contact the owner and he said that info was in the amenities section of the listing. When I went back and read it nothing was mentioned one way or another. I have never had that happen to me before In places I have rented. If linens aren’t provided it clearly states that. So that mixup was a bummer but we figured it out. Blankets were on each of the beds, except one. That had a duvet insert, but no cover on it. We found an extra blanket (there were only two extra blankets, could have used more) and that is what we used. The house is nice and the neighborhood is beautiful. All the neighbors were very friendly! There were plenty of beach toys, pool toys and beach chairs available for us to use. It was nice to not have to bring those things.

Graduation trip

We had two adults and 8 kiddos ranging in age 12-18- celebrating high school graduation. The neighborhood was quiet- so I did worry our loud teens would disturb the quiet neighborhood. There were other kids in the development - very pet friendly neighborhood too. The house was able to accommodate 6 teens, 2 - 12 year olds and two adults. We were cozy! The house was clean- everything worked well- lots of staples already in the kitchen- great parking availability. It was a great trip! I had to make one quick call to the owners when we had some trouble getting in- I eventually figured out what I was doing wrong- but the owners were reached immediately and willing to figure things out if needed. Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing home in great neighborhood with many amenities

Our group of 8 loved staying at this beautiful, spacious home! We enjoyed the pool, gym, and all the extra amenities. Just wish it was closer to the beach, but the free shuttle was a nice perk. Thanks!

wonderful time

our family had a wonderful time in Bethany Beach.The condo is only a few years old and what I liked most was that the master bedroom is on the main level with private bath so my kids were all upstairs.the location is great,only 3 miles to the beach and boardwalk.plenty of parking and lots of facilities like tennis and a great pool also a kiddie pool. I would definitely go back to the same place again.you really feel like you’re on vacation.

Great home with lots of light, lots of room, comfortable and welcoming. Owners gave a lot of thought to making their guests happy. Lots of amenities in the community including a large community pool. Was convenient to everything and close to Beaches.

Beautiful home,great location!

The home is decorated beautifully and has lots of space which was perfect for our family of 7. It was honestly so much better than we imagined. The owners even had a cute little welcome basket and information book! The kids enjoyed the games and coloring books in the bunk room. Our only 2 complaints were overflowing trash in the garage which caused several flies in the house and that the beach shuttle never came the one day we tried to take it to the beach. The property manager was very helpful with directions and the owners responded in a very timely manner to our concerns.
