This was a lovely hotel in a picturesque setting but the staff are what makes this place the best.

An easy, five minute walk to the Edinburgh airport terminal

The views were absolutely amazing. Check in was a bit of a hassle. But overall it was an amazing experience.

Remarkable building to stay in. A few things are showing their age - the carpet and the elevator come to mind - but these things seem more charming than detrimental. The room was very comfortable, although the very thick walls that prevent wifi from reaching the rooms aren't as inpenetrable to sound. Noises from adjacent rooms, such as footfalls, the occassional crash (?), the shower, and even the use of the loo could be heard. The restaurant was quite good. Overall, pleased with my stay.

This glamping experience was wonderful. We enjoyed the porch and grill as well as comfy beds with warm lighting. We were very pleased with plates and proper pots and pans. We would have liked to control the temperature of the outdoor shower, especially for our smaller friends. Overall, excellent experience, thank you so much!
