Perfect Escape

Time to relax, reconnect and explore. Come home to enjoy a family getaway, a peaceful retreat or a group gathering. This cabin offers privacy, comfort and relaxation. Enjoy our open floor plan on the main level - 1 bedroom, full kitchen, full bath and washer/dryer. Third floor has 1 bedroom, full bathroom and a loft with 3 queen beds. Enjoy a game of pool or darts in the basement which also includes 1 bedroom, a half bath and a 65" TV with a bar and kitchenette.
Relax in the massage chair on the main floor, the hot tub on the back deck or enjoy a peaceful walk on the trails of 84 acres. Enjoy our propane fire pit on the patio (propane not included), or throw some wood on the fire located across the pond. We are located 1 mile from Reeds Gap State Park, approximately 10 minutes to Rt.322 and 29 miles to Beaver Stadium, State College. We are close to many local wedding venues, wineries, restaurants and attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy your own privacy. Sleeps 12 comfortably.

Dustin's perfect escape truly lives up to it's name. A breathtaking mountain view, with plenty of amenities to keep the good times rolling. Whether spending time in the basement playing games, sitting in the hot tub looking out at the mountains, or just relaxing by the fireplace, you'll never want to leave. 10/10 would rent again!

We had a great extended weekend experience with college friends. The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and has all of kitchen supplies we needed for our meals. The owner is VERY responsive to any questions/requests. Fun rec room in basement. We are considering staying there again next year. Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful well decorated and clean. There are lots of spaces to relax and enjoy or have fun. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with every type of pot and pan and utensil one could need. Dustin was very helpful to answer our pre-arrival questions and even assisted us with an issue during our stay.The outdoor spaces were plentiful and beautifully landscaped. It looked pretty in the winter but I can only imagine how fabulous it is in the warmer months. There are multiple decks, a pond, fire pit, string lights everywhere, and tons of seating. A few things we really loved: the massage chair in the living room, the games available for our use downstairs, the smart home features, and thoughtful touches like cleaning tools (a broom is essential with an 18 month old in a high chair), thoughtful stair lighting, access to fans, and the towel warmer. Initially we thought that we would be bringing our dog (we didn’t) but they had set out dog bowls for our use
. Such a sweet touch. Thank you so much! We hope to stay again soon!

Wow, what an amazing house. My family of four recently stayed here for three nights as part our annual Penn State football trip. The house is large, clean and beautifully decorated. The surrounding grounds are stunning and peaceful. Penn State is about a 35-40 minute drive ... very easy access to Route 322. We loved our stay and hope to return in the near future. One more thing ... check-in was seamless, and Dustin was great to communicate with in regards to our questions.

Seven Lucky Sisters Spring Fling 2025

This is the ultimate location for relaxation. The babbling brook was beautifully landscaped and so relaxing to listen to while sitting on the porch. The hot tub has some great jets!! We are already planning our visit for next year. Great hosts!

Amazing!!

This is a tremendous property if you are looking for peace, rest, and have a love of nature! The property owner is very easy to deal with and has exceptional communication. The house is beautiful and clean. This place has everything you could need to get away from the day to day rat race. We love everything about Perfect Escape and will continue to stay here for our escape.
