Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all used beds and put all used towels in the downstairs bathroom by the washer and dryer.
Please give the house a good sweep and wipe the kitchen counter tops before you leave so it stays nice for years to come! Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Bringing a dog without letting us know in advance will result in an extra $100 fee, in addition to the regular $100 pet fee.

Broadkill beach

The house was clean and neat. Decorated nice.Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach was great. Not overly crowded like so many. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly.

Perfect getaway! House is gorgeously furnished and has everything you need to stay & relax. Our family had a great time! House is very clean and modern. We felt very comfortable here. Host was responsive, respectful and very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again.
