Spacious modern house with 5 bedrooms over 3 floors. Choice of singles, doubles, super kings, twins and ensuite bedrooms. Convenience store, fish and chip shop and fried chicken takeaway, all within 150 metres. Family friendly neighbourhood (quiet guests only are permitted). Exclusive use of whole house, maintained by professional housekeeping. Close to MK Stadium for football and events, MK1 Shopping/IKEA and Leisure. Great for Bletchley Park Codebreakers Museum or visiting professional teams.
There are few such roomy houses available locally. Ashland House is in a modern development (building works completed), easily walkable to the Stadium and surrounding leisure and shopping attractions. One designated private parking bay and unlimited free on-street parking, good local shop and fast food options within 200 metres. Guests have access to the whole house and garden. Fully equipped kitchen with large dining table seating 8 comfortably. Separate living room. TV with Prime Video and Netflix included. The house is in a terrace with neighbours on either side meaning we ask guest to respect them at all times. This means no smoking near the house and no noise in the garden after 10pm.
