I was attending an event at the Bowl so needed a reasonably priced hotel. It was clean and comfortable but no frills The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Arrived at around 3:15 and room was not ready for check in. We were asked to wait 10 minutes which was fine, but were kept waiting for 20 minutes and room was still not ready. Room is very basic (no desk or chair) as expected with budget hotel. Lobby had a smelly stench of sweat. Room cleanliness was ok. Only complaint of the room is the shower - the water gets all over the bathroom floor even with the glass door closed and it is tiny, barely possible to move around without hitting the 4 walls.

It was ok, rooms are small, like a box but it's ok for one night. It's not great for people who likes lots of space. There is no coffee or kettle in the room, no fridge, no wardrobe but there are few hangers. It's clean. smells lovely,the bed was quite small but comfortable to sleep. Reception staff very helpful, happy with great manners. Overall good experience. Thank you 😊

The hotel is basic (hence the price) the rooms are small but clean. Rooms were very warm and a little noisy. Staff were friendly. We used it as a base to travel from so served a purpose.

The hotel is situated in a good location. The rooms are very basic, but they are perfect for a short stay. There is no parking available so guests are required to pay for an on street parking ticket which is frustrating, but it isn't too pricey. The staff are helpful. I have stayed in this hotel over 20 times. The price is normally reasonable.

Corridors smell of an odd mixture of weed and poo. Rooms are tiny, as are the beds. Don’t bring a cat to swing as it won’t be possible.
