The apartment is also less than 10 minutesâ drive from the M1 Motorway.
The Space:
Studley Knapp is a non-smoking property nestled in a peaceful residential area, surrounded by lush greenery. Guests can enjoy complimentary amenities, including free WiFi and secure on-site parking. Ideally located on Walnut Tree in Milton Keynes, it is just 3.1 miles from the City Centre and Milton Keynes Station, 1.1 miles (10 km) from Woburn Abbey, and 3.5 miles from Woburn Sands.
Within 350 yards, you'll find a local Tesco, a Chinese takeaway, an Indian restaurant, and a pub. The Open University is just a 15-minute walk away, making this an ideal location for convenience and tranquility.

When you arrive at the property, there is parking on the street outside of the property. Please do not use the driveway as this is required by the owners of the main house.
Once parked, you will see two lock boxes on the side of the property by the gate. The keys are in the left-hand side lock box. Please use the code sent in the check in message / email to open the key safe.
Once you have taken the keys out of the key safe, use one of the keys to go through the gate, please lock the gate behind you. Once you have gone through the gate, the doors to the annex are on the left.
