Le wifi ne fonctionne pas souvent. Il manquait des serviettes car nous étions 4 dans la chambre. Il manquait du savon. Et nos places de stationnement étaient non disponibles à notre retour en soirée.

TV not functioning
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe TV in our room never worked. Called the front desk multiple times and maintenance came in to look at it and said he’d be right back to fix it. He didn’t come back for 6 hours and then said it was fixed, which it wasn’t. Poor follow through by maintenance and the front desk

In town for the Olivia Rodrigo concert. Easy walk to the Fiserv Center.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Clean downtown hotel
Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HotelsHotel looks recently updated. Clean with comfortable bed/bedding. Room nice size with lots of storage, outlets, tables, a couch and a large desk/work service. Has a refrigerator and microwave. Hotel parking lot VERY small so be prepared to park in pay lot behind hotel or parking garage next door ($15-18 per day) stayed 1 night to attend show at Riverside Theater only 2 blocks from hotel
