Appreciated the 24 hour shuttle to/from the airport. Breakfast was good, room was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable. The only problem I ran into was the awful wifi. I swear every 20 minutes it went out and I had to go back and watch an ad to get reconnected. The cell service was also garbage out there so that didn’t help any. I missed checking in for my flight because of the wifi. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Really enjoyed my stay at Comfort except for one thing. The room was so baron. Walked in to a living room with a coach lamp and TV. There was no coffee table, or table and 2 chairs. in the bedroom a small desk with one chair. Absolutely no wear to sit down and eat. moved the luggage bench into the coach area to use as a table. Also no microwave. expected one as it was considered a ste

The staff were exceptional. Always cleaning and picking up. The hotel itself is older and has a lot of cosmetic flaws. The beds were comfortable and the pool room was fun for the kids. Staying on the pool level was great for the family.

The breakfast was great. The staff was awesome. The room was a little dirty (you could tell they don’t move things to clean) and there was no phone in the room. Overall not a terrible place.

The Stay was good but a staff memeber gave our room to someone else. Put us in a nice room but it was cheaper then the one we paid for. Hotel has not followed up or been reachable to fix issue. Its been over a week now since we were there. We arrived at the hotel late due to airline flight delay. It took 30 minutes before someone came to the door. Was told by manager once we checked out to call expedia and Expedia says we should have called right away. The morning manager did offer, after the fact to give us a different room similar to what we originally booked but we had already settled in the room they gave us. We had a long night and didn’t have the energy to gather all our bags to move. Checked in the room 8.29.25 and today is 9.6.25 issue is not resolved.

According to Expedia there is a bar in the hotel...there is not. The balcony room that I thought we were getting was a balcony to an indoor pool. The room needed quite a few repairs done on it. The staff was very friendly and there is an excellent place to eat right down the road.
