Room was recently remodeled but very poorly maintained. Room smelled musty. Bathroom was not cleaned with hair and nail clipping visible. The small arcade for kids took coins but did not work. Staff declined to take any responsibility for failed transactions. Breakfast ran out of food before the stated closing time of breakfast.

Poor customer service

There were “ additional rules “ once you checked in that you are not made aware of prior to paying for the room. Once checked in they refused to give a full refund. If you are 21 you have to have a 21 yr old with you at all times or if you live with in 30 miles you can’t stay at the hotel. They were fine with me checking in even though I lived with in 30 miles but would not let a 20 yr be alone in a room. They pick and choose which “rules “ they follow and change it per customer. I sat and watched several other people check in and witnessed such instances. Customer Service was extremely poor. The male clerk at the desk was rude and yelled at me as well as the hotels.com rep while trying to get services refunded. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

A Great Overnight Stay.

We stayed overnight for a city visit to Milwaukee. The hotel was colse to where we wanted to go and had many amenities around it. The check in was quick and easy, internet service was solid, there was good heated water in the shower and the pool and hot tub were in great shape. The beds were comfotable and there was not a lot of noise from other guests. I would stay there again whn in the Milwauhee area. Thank you.

We won’t stay at this hotel again. While it was convenient to the airport, and relatively inexpensive, it felt like a hotel overdue for a facelift. Our biggest issue was freeway noise and musty carpet smell. There was also a big crack in the window overlooking the parking lot and freeway that did not give a good impression. The pool is on the small side, but fine for kids; the water was not clear but a little murky- probably needed some chemicals. The adjacent hot tub was full. We missed having an outdoor patio area with nice chairs and umbrella where we could read or wait (there was a concrete area, no shade, with a wall around it that looked like it was built wrong and needed to be torn down) We had a suite with a couch bed that was easy to pull out couch; not the most comfortable for a 200 pound adult but not miserable. There is a door between where the couch is and the bed so two people can sleep separate Overall, it’s what you might expect for the price

Good hotel at a great price

Our go-to hotel when we travel to Milwaukee. Rooms are spacious, it's close to decent restaurants and shopping and easy to get to.

Solo trip

The hotel was welcoming and I felt safe as a solo, female traveler. I enjoyed the breakfast selections and the pool area. The only (small) flaw was some dirty residue on the sides of the hot tub. I was able to wipe it off, so it wasn't a huge deal.
