Great hotel, front desk service was awful.

This was a great value. The hotel is quite nice, the beds are comfortable and it was very clean. That being said, our experience at check in was terrible. When we first approached the desk, the man working was having a nasty exchange with someone on the phone. I booked two rooms at the same time through a third party. One room was not showing up during check in. Despite showing the receptionist my email, he insisted that he didn't have it. After I found a confirmation number for the second room, he seemed to find it. In the meantime, a woman staying at the hotel was waiting...she tried to ask a question to which he rudely told her that she would have to wait. All told, our check in took about 15 minutes. Far too long for having already reserved a room. We could not get the volume on our TV to work but didn't want to ask the man at the desk for anything. Good tactic on his part? The woman working in the morning was very friendly.

Front desk clerk was awesome when we checked in. Property was great for the price. My kids enjoyed the pool and the area was great for dinning and shopping. Bathroom light was on a timer or something it kept turning off. Breakfast selections were not delightful but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Bargain! Very clean, quiet, super nice hotel tucked in a quiet corner but near lots of shopping and food choices. Free, ample parking. Good breakfast. Public lounge area super nice. Pool looked clean and inviting. Short drive to the Wilson Center for a show. Try BJ's restaurant and lounge...great food and open til midnight for a bite after the show. This hotel is Super nice for the price!
