Good for a stay near the Beach

Nice property. short walk to the beach and the village. we were there in June and the weather was not great. still enough to do in the village. Smell from the paper factory was not a problem when we were there. The house is well equipped. and comfortable. room for 8 people to sleep. The beaches are fantastic and the village is very nice, its a very relaxing place and very safe.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison d'Estelle, excellente hôte. Sa maison est très bien située, proche des commerces et à côté de la plage mais aussi dans une rue très calme. La maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour accueillir deux familles et est très propre. Tout est parfait pour cuisiner et faire des grillades. La literie est excellente, un critère à ne jamais sous considéré en période de vacances. Nous y retournerons sans réfléchir ! Merci Estelle

Haus entspricht ganz den gezeigten Bildern. Die Lage ist wirklich super . Es sind aber schon ein bisschen mehr als 50m bis zum Strand. Wir waren im September da und es hatte kaum Leute am Strand.Leider waren zwei Traktoren und ein Bagger am Strand die Sand geladen haben und jeden Tag die Idylle ein wenig gestört haben. Unser Hund und unsere fast erwachsenen Töchter waren jeden Tag stundenlang am Boogie- boarden

Tolles mega sauberes Objekt. Wir waren mit 4 Personen und Hunden 2 Wochen im September 2025 da. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Perfekte Ausstattung. 100 % Empfehlung. Estelle ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Die Einfahrt ist etwas eng, aber unsere 2 Fahrzeuge (BMW 5er und Tesla Y) passten beide gut hinein.

Das Ferienhaus war einfach top – sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist traumhaft: In nur 4 Minuten ist man direkt am Atlantik – perfekt für Spaziergänge am Strand oder zum Sonnenuntergang genießen. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – oder sogar besser. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent séjour de printemps. Proximité de la dune et des randos à proximité très appréciés. Golf….Accrobranche…courses avec la voiture: tout très bien. Une petite réserve sur les sièges du salon trop justes pour 6 personnes

Perfect Location for Beach-Holidays

The house is well equipped and technically at state of art (Wifi, TV). It was very clean - the owner knows how to care for things. The beds were perfect (size and matress), although the bedrooms are a bit small. The wardrobes are big enough to store all the luggage and clothes. The house has two bathrooms, one with a toilet and shower, one with shower only and a seperate toilet. The living room/ dining room has a surfer style lounge area and a big dining table. The kitchen has a fancy butcher block, where you can cut and prepare the food and is equipped with everything you can imagine. The big fridge with the ice cube maker is perfect for hot summers and cold drinks. The house is located a 5 minutes walk from Mimizan Plage Sud - the beach bar/restaurant there is recommended. Only 10 minutes to walk to the start of the promenade of Mimizan Plage where you can find a lot of restaurants, snack bars and shops. The terrasse is comfortable with lounge-area, a picnic-table and a hammock. And an outdoor-shower, which is very useful for swimmers and surfers. Only the car park is a bit narrow - a VW Bus or SUV will not fit in. But on the street there are parking spaces. And last but not least the owner is very precise but sympathic, which makes sense as you can see that they did invest time and love to make this place special. Thanks! We loved it there!

Wunderschönes Haus ganz in der Nähe vom Strand

Der Urlaub hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft direkt mit einer eisgekühlten Zitronenlimonde empfangen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, die Straße sehr ruhig. Morgens wie abends kann man wunderbar draußen im Hof sitzen mit Tisch, Sitzecke und Hängematte. Außerdem eine Außendusche, wenn man mit sandigen Füßen heimkommt. Nur die Einfahrt fürs Auto ist ein wenig eng. Das trübt aber keineswegs das Urlaubsvergnügen. Wir würden auch ein zweites Mal wieder hinfahren.

Excellente semaine en famille

La maison est très bien située : tout peut se faire à pied (superbe plage à 5 minutes, centre ville, restaurants, ballades, courses ...), tout en étant parfaitement au calme. Elle est très bien aménagée, bien équipée, décorée avec goût. Nous reviendrons sans faute si nous revenons dans la région.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist in einwandfreiem Zustand, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Platten etc waren aus Hygienegründen in Klarsichtfolie verpackt. Das mag gut sein, für den der es akribisch sauber mag. Wir fanden es einen ungemeinen Plastikmüll und man zögert Geschirr auszupacken und zu nutzen um den Müll zu vermeiden.

Maison plus petite que sur les photos meme si 4 chambres et 2 sdb tt est étroit intérieur et extérieur manque de couverts obligés d’utiliser le lave vaisselle après chaque repas et 200 euros pour la présence du chien c’est du vol bref trop cher pour la prestation

Villa très confortable et très bien équipée (il ne manque rien !). Propreté irréprochable. Environnement calme (parfait pour se reposer !). Terrasse très bien pour tous les repas et coin salon extérieur très agréable. A 2 min à pied de la plage et proche du centre de Mimizan (pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture).
