Two night stay

It was a nice stay. The rooms smelled slightly of cigarette smoke from a previous guest who did not follow the rules, but overall it was a a pleasant stay that we associate with Hampton Inns.

Thank you for choosing our hotel. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. I am disappointed to hear that you encountered the smell of smoke during your stay. Unfortunately, guests will occasionally decline to honor the no smoking status of our hotel and we try to catch that failure and to deep clean the rooms sufficiently that non-smoking guests are not negatively impacted. We obviously failed in that endeavor in the room you occupied. We hope to have the opportunity to exceed your expectations in all aspects of your future stay.

Best of the hotels in Mineral Wells by just a little bit over Holiday Inn. Quiet with clean rooms, staff is always very nice and rooms are always clean and comfortable.

No smile to be found

Upon arrival, no associate at front desk. Waited several minutes before someone arrived to check me in. Associate offered no greeting, not even a smile. Coffee station was not tidy and all products were cold.
