Excellent Service and Friendly Staff!!

The hotel management was friendly and professional and took extra time to make sure that you were taking care of well. The hotel was nicely cleaned and my stay was very peaceful. I plan to stay at the Microtel again in the future when I come back to visit family in the area. Thank you very much for the great stay!

Apparently new owners of this facility. Different smell in the building as soon as you walk in. Staff is new & not comfortable with some transactions. Have to call management to come down to front desk. Eventually did solve an issue for me.

The photos of the hotel looks great. We got there we found a bar of soap used in our shower. But that wasn’t what was bad at 11:30 we went to go lay down and inspected the bed and found bedbugs. We packed everything up and left.

There was a musty smell when you get into your room and when you try to open the windows only one had a screen. The mirrors on the wall behind the beds were interesting.
