It was horrible, humiliating experience. There would not allow me to stay checked in for My extended trip. I would never recommend this hotel nor would i which this experience on anyone else. I’m upset about the fact that I have to give them at least one star on here after what I have been through.

Display was completely awful, I rebooked an additional night, it was instructed that I had to pack all my things and leave my room from 11 to 3 before I could check back in. The show no courtesy, they are rude and unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this.

Urge hotel was not full but another room was assigned in the adjoining room to ours. They were loud all night long. We called the front desk and they called but it didn’t help. Unless you’re full don’t pit people right next to each other. We won’t stay again even though it check ed most of our other needs.
