Floors need updated. Elevator floors were awful. Main floors have lots of scuffs and missing or chipped tiles. Beds were very comfortable. Food in restaurant was very good. They need more staff though. Pool and hot tub were very good. I’ve stayed here many many times over the years and I see it needs some TLC just in construction and closer cleaning in bathroom floor corners…..but then I’m one who cleans nooks and cranny’s. The staff work very hard and are very pleasant but they need extra workers.

Their is a $50 security deposit and it is $10 parking while staying at the hotel but if you park and fly it will be $20 a day and it is not covered parking they make you park on the very top of the parking garage

Disappointing

It is showing it's age. The parking garage looks ready to collapse. The elevator wouldn't stop at the correct floors. We have stayed here between 6 and 12 nights a year here but we may not stay here anymore.

What an amazing stay! I went to the mall of America which is about 13 minutes away driving and 30-40 minutes walking. Property- building was in great condition but the parking lot was under construction. Parking: Fee of $10/day. Great price when you’re so close to the parking lot Service: Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! Room: The room had mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, USB port connectors and outlet connectors, in room blow dryer, mini soaps and clean towels. Housekeeping kept the beds made, room clean, and towels and toiletries filled. Amenities: 1st floor has their bar and grill, small cafe sitting, shop, inside pool surrounded by windows and sunlight, game room and bathrooms. 2nd floor has the gym, lounge area, and private banquet rooms and airport Concorde I chose this hotel for the game room and it did not disappoint! They had Virtual golf, foosball table, pool table, shuffleboard and an electronic hockey game. All free of charge! Additionally, the bar and grill was able to serve us in the game room so we could snack, drink and play. The food and drinks at the Grill was good and they are affordable. The different amenities made this stay amazing and it made us feel like we were on a real vacation!

Property has shown aging for a while but this is the first time it was old and felt dirty in some places. There was a strange smell in one hallway and we ended up seeing a fan trying to dry out what looked like mold in a wall in a stairwell. The bathroom had not exhaust fan, so I can see why there would be moisture in certain spots. Also the entire parking ramp was being held up basically by metal support columns. We could see right through the ramp floor on the top to down below. Just run down. The staff however was extremely nice and helpful!

Sadly not impressed

Seems nice upon entering. The description via the internet with the hotel and the actual visit didn’t match. They said they only did shuttle to Airport, pool was “not” heated, walls in hallway by baseboards have stuff on them. Haven’t gone to breakfast yet, but not overly excited about it. But the Mall of America was great!!
