The hotel, the room, and amenities are always in great condition and clean. The staff from the clerks up front to the cleaners and even the manager are always friendly and engaging which is hard to find at hotels anymore. Breakfast is always good at this location as well.

The hotel was clean and well maintained in the common areas and outdoors. Our room was immaculate with very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast had many options which I found to be very tasty. The staff were very friendly on check in/check out. We didn’t use the pool so I’m not able to speak to the quality of that area. We would definitely stay here again!

that was the most bad Experience I ever have in the Hampton Shakopee, Minnesota, I, Always, Stay, This Hotel, most of time, and this time visiting with my Family and Spanish Woman, and check on me. What I Was and I have to prove her before I go get some breakfast, and I told her her, and she not believe me. She wanna see the cards I never stay again I don’t recommend that was t 30 Friday that was very disrespectful.

Comfortable beds, really nice breakfast selections and appreciate the coffee availability. Property was clean and tidy throughout. Also, location was quiet, with a couple of places to walk to for food or last-minute supplies— that’s always a nice perk in my opinion. The elevator broke while we were there, which was unfortunate, but these things happen on occasion.
