Definitely not what I expect at a Hilton property. The front desk agent was rude upon check in and had to walk us to our room as the key card machine was not working. When we came back later to see if it was working, she was also rude. So we never got a key and used the mobile app. Also, the light in the bathroom was hanging by the wire and they charge $10 for a Red Roof Inn quality breakfast. Would not recommend staying here.

The check in was a little backed up but the girl at the counter was so kind and so apologetic for the delay. We didn’t care that we waited. The people in front of us were difficult. Your employee was sooooo patient with them.

Very few, if any, amenities. Couldnt even get a cup of coffee in the lobby past 10 am. This hotel is 99% based on business travelers; not the visitor in Minneapolis for medical or other appts. Upon checking out, I couldnt even get a receipt for my stay (due to 3rd party billing apparently). Wont stay here again.
