The front desk manager, Anna, was beyond amazing. Our trip had a series of unfortunate events (not related to the hotel), and she went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had anything we needed. She is the main reason we will continue to book with this hotel in the future! The hotel beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great! Location was perfect as it was only a mile or 2 away from Valley Fair.

This property never disappoints! Walking into this property, immediately gives good vibes with friendly staff and clean lobby area. Rooms and beds are very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast area is neatly organized and well stocked.
