The first room they have us smelled like vomit and has red stuff on the floor the second room looked like the floor had wet spots everywhere and the sink is not in the bathroom. Toilet and shower areas is so small you don’t want to close the door

I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t clean the room and change towels on a daily basis. Really weird.

Was very nice and clean in a safe area. The room was really nice. We loved the breakfast and the heated pool.

Posted Jan. 21, 2024 on HotelsThe staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The room was the same as any other at a Hyatt Place…spacious, clean, and smelled excellent. The breakfast buffet was good, but could tell some items (pancakes and oatmeal, specifically) had been sitting on the buffet for awhile. But, even with the couple trouble spots at breakfast, this is a fabulous place to stay, and it’s conveniently located to MSP and Mall of America.
