I was double charged for my room. I paid for it when I booked through Hotels.com, and apparently the front desk staff charged me again using the card I had given for incidentals. I’m very disappointed as this is my preferred place to stay.

I have stayed at this Hyatt Place in Eden Prairie, MN a number of times, and each time it has been an excellent experience! This past Saturday I had a reservation at another brand hotel a mile away, which had a higher Expedia rating, and it was absolutely terrible! So, back to the Hyatt Place I came, and will from now on stay nowhere else! The room layout is ideal, the breakfast superb, the staff professional, and all the facilities pristine. Hreat work! Brian
