I love visiting here. The price is right the rooms are cozy. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are all very courteous and helpful. Lots of dining options near this location. Easy routes to and from the Twin Cities area.

Comfortable overnight

While searching for a room near Prior Lake, we found that the LivInn had great reviews and reasonable prices; we weren't disappointed. The only issue was out of their control: because of road construction, the exit off of I 35 South was confusing; consequently, we missed it and went about eight miles out of our way. There would not be an issue coming in from the west.

The staff were amazing. Front desk people were friendly and very accommadating. The entire place was very clean and well kept. Our room was sparkling clean and we really enjoyed the modern decor. We have recommended this motel to friends and family. Definitely will stay again.
