Our stay never happened. We were refused our room because both of us didnt have IDs. Nowhere did it say we needed ID for both of us or we wouldn't have reserved the room. The staff claimed they were "collecting ID information", which seems really shady.

Bed side lights did not work. Left side did not turn on at all. Right side flickered constantly when turned on. No microwave in room. No fridge. 2nd night the fire alarm activated around 6-630pm for about 5 minutes. I seemed to be the only guest to actually evacuate. No explanation or all clear from staff. I had to approach a fire fighter that was deployed on site to ask if we should fully evacuate. He said not to worry. I do not recommend.

I paid for my daughter and 2 grandchildren to stay there while their apartment was being renovated for them to move in and my 2 grandchildren are special needs. They were kicked out right after I paid for 2 more nights because the kids were being too loud according to them. They said that i can get my money back for these nights in which they lied. They also never said anything about the kids being too loud during the first couple nights. This is pure discrimination and I have never heard of such a thing like this in my life. To throw small children out in the streets is unbelievable! I used to manage hotels in the past and would always find a solution if there is a problem. This place is the biggest scam I have ever seen in my life. They don’t return emails or phone calls. This is an absolute horrible horrific experience and place!! I will be pursuing legal action

The room was filthy.there were cockroaches .the heat did not work. The 3rd floor was loud all night.when i.booked the room the clerk told me I was only going to be paying $98 but charged my card $142 horrible place never again

The room was filthy was infested with cockroaches the TV was broken and the heat didn't work . The 3rd floor was loud all night people screaming and kicking on the doors. The lady at the front desk told me I was only going to have to pay $93 and I was charged $140.
