Guest List – For everyone’s safety and comfort, only registered guests are allowed unless we’ve chatted and approved otherwise.

Quiet Hours – Let’s keep it cozy from 10 PM to 8 AM so everyone, including the neighbors, can relax.

Pet-Friendly – We happily welcome up to two well-behaved pets. The fee is $50 per pet, per stay. The second pet fee will be handled separately.

Pet Cleanup – Please clean up after your pets both inside and outside. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.

The apartment is accessible by stairs only and may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility concerns.

The home is located along a flight path, so occasional airplane noise may be heard.

The apartment itself is fully private and reserved exclusively for your stay.

One exterior camera is located at the main entrance for security. No cameras are located inside the home.
