Nice hotel and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy. I like that they offered free parking and breakfast. We’d stay there again.

Our go-to spot in Maple Grove

Staff from front desk to housekeeping couldn't be friendlier. The location can't be beat - close to restaurants and shopping. We were traveling with dogs and we love that the hotel is dog friendly and the area where it is located is interesting and safe for taking long walks with the dogs.

We never really saw any employees. They were all at the adjoining hotel. The dishes were dirty in the cupboard. Some of the lights didn't work. The property is really nice just disappointed in the actual room.

Amazing my only complaint is the bathroom cleanliness there were hairs left in the shower. Some of the kitchen utensils looked very old and dirty. Everything else was perfect and the room set up was amazing. Will definitely stay again!

OneKey Rewards Are Terrible Now

Great location and comfortable room, especially for longer stays. Have always booked through hotels.com for the rewards but the new OneKey program is terrible. When I booked it reflected a price of $58 a night. The actual rate was $399! Guess who gets to explain that expense report…. make it explicitly clear what pricing is WITHOUT using your OneKey credit.
