Best parts included the great welcoming staff both at the front desk and the breakfast staff. Food had great variety. Only negative was the noisy heat system that went on and off a lot during the night. Everything else was great.

Check-in staff was personally, caring and helpful. It was everything we needed. Main complaint was the noisy heater that goes on and off every five minutes and had a loud scratchy noise at the start. Breakfast area was great with lots of options.

Check in was easy. We ended up with a handicap accessible room. We missed the second area with the couch. It wasn’t the room I booked. That was disappointing. The ceiling above the shower was caving in.

Conveniently located within a couple blocks of Costco, several restaurants and shopping plus a movie theater. Just off Hwy 394, so easy access on and off highway, giving greater choices to shopping and restaurants. You can get to most options within 10 minutes. Staff is very friendly and the hotel was quiet. The pool was enjoyable, and the hot tub! There is an exercise room just off the pool, very nice.

We were placed in a room that had water leaking from ceiling #134. They were aware of the leak and still had us in that room. Next morning woke up to a puddle of water on the chair directly below the water leakage area, a significant amount of water which in turn completely ruined our Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Sports cards we had sold and were worth a significant amount someone had already purchased. Along with some coloring books and a pair of custom Nike sneakers. All completely damaged. This happened on August 16, 2025, and we have yet to receive compensation or even submitted a claim to their insurance company as I always told would happen. They gave us complementary stay from August 15 to September 18, 2025; however, that was just for the inconvenience. I have exchanged emails with the GM and also the Reginonal VP and no resolution.
