The rooms were clean. The beds were nice. The breakfast had a good assortment of foods, some of which were frozen and could be microwaved. Add fresh bread’s bagels muffins. Good breakfast. Exceptionally nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

I would never stay here again. We requested a first floor room as I had bilateral knee surgery and could not navigate the steps. They gave the last room on 1st floor to the couple in front of us. We waited 30 minutes to check in. They told me there was nothing they could do. I knocked on there door and they thankfully moved to the 2nd floor. Our room was a tiny room when we had paid for a king room. I requested to be moved the nest morning, they did. Breakfast was a total gross carb fest, rooms smelt musty and the original from front desk person was overwhelmed. Another person reservations had been cancelled without his knowledge, two rooms. Smelly, needs updating terribly. breakfast gross. we went to Perkins. The one positive, the pool area was very nice. Totally done with Super 8, third in a row that were disgusting

This motell is one we have stayed at for over 20 yes.. since purchase by Whyndham has been cutting corners with staff, upkee and care. Our last 3 stays at your properties have been the same and rpts made by me. Last 2 we have had to pack up and chg rms for variety of reasons. T.V. don't work, toliets dont work. This one had clean, but terribly stained sheets, tv didn't work etc. So pack up chg rms MAYBE not an issue on rare occasion but 2 of last 3 necessary. Also, if 80+ switching, moving etc becomes an issue especially after hrs of travel. Desk clerk immediatly informed us she was bussed on caffine so pls excuse her and th a t she was lving for CA next day anyway. You obviously don't get too concerned as my notes have never been answered or addressed

Housekeeping was inconsistent. The 1st morning everything was done, bed made, towels refreshed, garbage emptied. The 2nd day, only the towels were refreshed, nothing else was done. Weather was humid outside, however, the toilet was sweating so bathroom floor was wet, main room floor was slimy so had to wear shoes at all times. Front desk person when checking in was not pleasant, snapped at me when I asked questions. Poor selection of breakfast items - all microwaveable carbs. Ice machine had gnats flying around it, therefore, they got in the ice.

There was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the hallways. The room was very clean however the bathroom needs to be updated. Plumbing fixtures were very old and the tub had rust stains. Not a bad stay for the price.

awful, smelly, sickening Room

pool & hot tub just ok not great; the room smelled like rotten food and musty. I went to enjoy pool area & came back to stinky room . too tired to pack up & ask for another room . I thought when the ac ran for awhile it would go away. Unfortunately the odor didn’t go away. The food was good
