The Space:

Welcome to our luxurious lakeside retreat, where comfort and style converge to create an unforgettable getaway experience. With five bedrooms featuring a plush King bed, three cozy Queens, and two twin mattresses, along with three pristine bathrooms, this home offers ample space for families and groups to unwind in comfort.



Prepare gourmet meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a convenient Keurig coffee maker and stylish Smeg kettle. Gather for memorable meals in the lake-view dining room or relax in one of the three spacious living rooms, each adorned with remote candle-lit fireplaces for added ambiance.



Step outside onto the deck or the inviting screened porch and savor the serenity of the outdoors. Take the kayaks out and explore Gleason Lake, or jump on the Luce Line for a walk or run! Fire up the charcoal grill for a delicious feast while enjoying the sunset over the lake.

HOUSE RULES:

• No parties or events allowed

• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property. The property owner lives nearby.

• 10 person maximum

• 4 vehicle maximum, must park in driveway

• All guests must be over the age of 21, unless part of a family unit.

• All check-ins are contactless! We require a completion of a check-in form and rental agreement prior to the check-in.

• No smoking inside of the home, in 3 season porch or on the deck

• No pets allowed

• No wood fires

• Swim/kayak at your own risk (The lake is 5–7 feet deep and has a soft mud bottom that encourages plant life; we do not recommend swimming)



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy the entire property to themselves. Access to the detached garage is not included.
