Welcome to Ipswich Cabin at Coachlite Resort on Lake Minocqua - our cozy lakefront retreat. It's an easy walk or boat ride to downtown Minocqua! You'll love this recently renovated, spacious 3 bed, 2 bath cabin. The fabulous lake front sunroom is where you will spend the most time when you're not in the lake. A sand swimming area and reserved boat slip on the minocqua chain.

Love this location and cozy cabin. Really enjoyed the porch overlooking the lake. Very nice lower level bedroom and bathroom for a family. Very clean cabin wirh nice bathrooms, the kitchen was great for cooking. The swim beach docks surrounding and a boat slip are perfect for lots of family summer fun.

Family fun!

We have stayed in this vacation home before! The home is always clean, well stocked and comfortable furniture. It is located on Minocqua Lake. The grounds are well maintained with great swim area for younger children. The host is very friendly. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Nice cabin!

We stayed at Ipswich cabin and had a very enjoyable stay. The cabin was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean, fully stocked and the location was perfect. We took our pontoon and enjoyed taking boat rides and doing a little fishing. We would definitely stay again.

Minocqua paradise

We have been staying at this resort for 30 years but this was the first time staying at this cabin. The cabin was perfect. It was spotless, very well supplied with everything you need. The furnishings were nice and the location is excellent. The property manager as well as the owner, Jessy, were superb. We look forward to staying there again

Cabin

Great cabin in a great location, able to walk to downtown Minocqua. Great dock, area and beach, cabin was very clean and had anything you need for your stay. TJ and Jessy were great to work with. The only downside to the entire stay was that you can’t have campfires. Highly recommend this place!

Loved It!

Having stayed in the same area for 15-18 years, Jessy's cottage was a wonderful choice for our family. It was warm, welcoming and well stocked with nice things. Jessy was quick to answer us when the Property Manager couldn't. Thank you, Jessy!

Our weeks stay at Coachlite Resort

We found this resort thru VRBO. The cabin was clean and well equipped with toiletries and cleaning supplies. A nice dock to put a boat or pontoon in. It was a great location on the water to get around on. We would recommend this resort😊

Lovely Lake Minocqua Getaway

We absolutely loved staying at the Ipswich Cabin. Myself, my husband, mom, daughter and sister's family enjoyed a week together in this wonderfully appointed cabin. So many windows to let in the lake breeze and sunshine. Great beds, perfectly hot water for multiple showers and kitchen clean up. The kitchen came stocked with all the utenails, etc. needed for cooking dinners together. The front deck or lakeside dining room were great places to drink coffee and read. The swimming area was sandy and spacious. Loved being able to walk into town (15 minute walk) to enjoy all that Minocqua has to offer. Would definitely come back to visit if our schedules allowed!

Exceeded Expectations

Updated, tastefully furnished and well-maintained. Spacious enclosed lakefront porch with sitting area and large dining/gaming table a bonus. Ample supply of kitchen utensils, linens, towels, soap and paper products. Perfect for three generations to enjoy together - two levels of comfortable, quiet, and well-ventilated spaces. Grandsons especially loved the outside areas - playground with sand toys, sandy shoreline and dock fishing. Property positioned well to boat the chain of lakes, ride the biking trail, and explore the community.

Beautiful in the northwoods of Wisconsin!

Our family rented this cabin for a late summer get-away to enjoy some quality family time and the outdoors. The cabin was exactly as pictured, and VERY clean. The space was perfect for us, and would even be great with 2 families. The screen patio was amazing, facing the lake and nature, we spend a lot of time playing games out there and eating at the large table. The location to downtown Minocqua was great -- we rented a boat and used a slip. We boated everywhere -- our kids said "Mom, we haven't even been in the car in 5 days!". We also brought bikes and road downtown to the Bearskin Bike Trail. One thing I love about this rental, aside from it being recently renovated and super clean and convenient, was it came with bathroom products, paper towels, tools, fishing poles, cleaning products, kleenex, and lots of other little touches that made for an enjoyable stay. Everything was very well supplied from bedroom linens and bath towels, to board games, movies, and a fully equipped kitchen! The pier/docks were awesome -- perfect to enjoy the morning sunshine and let the kids swim! The common outdoor area was great for hanging out with the family as well. Lots to do! Including a two-person kayak! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the cabin: Some of the positives: Location was super close to downtown and many fun activities in Minocqua by both boat and car and you could bike downtown easily. The lake and the pier were easy to use and find. Loved the swimming area and the fact you could fish and catch fish. The games and things available to do on the property were very nice and they gave us access to the little extras if we wanted to do shuffleboard or the like. How quiet it was in the mornings and nights and the many nature sounds. I really loved the property. The size was just right, organized very well with a big table for dinners and lots of cozy corners. Smart use of space. Area for improvement: The beds we found to be rather hard for our liking. I think if the owner added some memory foam toppers, it would make the beds a lot more comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay there! We very much enjoyed it!
