We stayed in a suite. The room smelled like dog when we opened the door. The carpet looked dirty. The room had a tiny bathroom. The property looks good but the room we stayed in needed to be steam cleaned and the AC needs a little work. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. The pool was closed the 3 days we were there. We were told they don't have life guards on duty Monday-Wednesday.

The waterslides are out of order and we knew that when we booked, but what we didn’t know was that if a lifeguard doesn’t show up for their shift they close the pool down. The toilet flush handle was broken in the room, the pull out sofa clearly had metal brackets broken and hanging off of it. Would not recommend or stay again.

The hotel rooms absolutely could benefit from some new carpeting or pulling up the old carpeting...wearing white footie socks that were gray/black on the bottom after walking around on our hotel room floor. water park was closed for renovations so that was a bummer.

To start we were told after checking in that the water slides are permanently closed, we booked this hotel specifically for the water slides, we paid $75 more for the night than other comparable hotels only for the water slides. Front desk cold care less that we were unhappy. The bathroom had hair everywhere in it, the sink faucets are all rusting/rotting away, the duvet had blood on it, the room furniture was broken and pullout couch was filthy and full of crumbs. This hotel desperately needs an update.
