Great flat, straightforward check-in procedure and flexible payment options. Their office is located nearby in case if you have to pay cash prior to checking in. Flat was a bit on the chilly side (seems like windows require adjustment as some of them have a slight draft). Location-wise it's great, plenty of transport options.

STINKS LIKE SMOKE, DIRTY! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I booked this apartment as an alternative to a hotel. It was for myself, my elderly mother and 2 kids. We were coming for my mother’s emergency medical treatment. The website advertised it as non-smoking. However, that was not the case. Upon entering the apartment, we felt the cigarette smoke. I could tell that people smoke there all the time. In addition to that there was glitter on the floor, crumbs on the coffee table and pieces of salad on the floor. I immediately called customer service of the apartments. They didn’t even apologize but instead told me that yes, sometimes their guests smoke and that there’s nothing they could do about it. I told them it’s unacceptable! They said that they could send someone to clean the apartment but we would have to leave it for at least 2 hours and that it wouldn’t guarantee smoke smell removal. What? I demanded to speak to the manager. They were rude, told me there’s no manager, then each person I spoke to said they were the manager. It was a mess! I said that I need a place to stay and since they screwed up they should own their mistake and offer an alternative. They lied there was no alternative, then they offered an apartment on the other side of the city and when I asked them if they guarantee there’s no smoke smell there, the answer was NO! I had no choice but to go and stay in Hilton. They knew I left because a person showed up to check the apartment when I was leaving. Nobody ever called or apologized or offered a refund!

Downtown location, walking distance to everything and quiet street at the same time.

Good flat for 2 couples, but there are some minuse

The flat in the Niezavysumosty 39-107 was big and comfortable for 2 couples. It has 2 separate areas for the double beds, the spacious kichen and the common area. It also has 2 separate bathrooms next to the bedrooms. The flat is in a comfortable location of the city, not so far from the main attraction points. Free parking outside. Easy to find the recepcion, which is nearby. What we did not like is that the smell of smoking was really huge probably left from previous guests, even though it is strictly prohibited by the owners. We informed the owners about that through whatsapp, but nobody replied or apologised. Also some minor things in the flat are missing / broken: towel for the kitchen, water streams in the shower heads were wery weak. By the way, the kitchen furniture and the jakuzzi are made from plastic.
