Your memories for a lifetime vacation begins. Immediately start enjoying the spacious floor to ceiling unobstructed view. Every room opens to a balcony through a sliding glass door. Gorgeous view of the gulf with Emerald waters and White sands on the wrap around 400 square foot balcony with comfortable seating for all. Imagine yourself drinking your morning coffee, afternoon drinks, evening cocktails, entertaining, meals, or congregating for stories and laughter. Another 16 foot balcony that has the bay and golf course view from the semi private 2nd Master Bedroom.

$560.00 Value, two beach set up will be provided (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) from March 1st - November 7th(Season). Our truly Private beach not shared by any other property is amazing with only steps across the street or from the Sky Walkway. I know you can't wait to get your toes in that sugary white sand and emerald water!
The large Living room has a 65" Smart TV, DVR, Surround Sound and Ceiling fan for your entertainment and relaxation. There is plenty of space for you and your family to relax, spread out, and enjoy this 3 BEDROOM, 3 Bath with over 1600 square feet.. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and its own bathroom, private enough that it is a perfect for couples sharing this condo or couples with children or larger families.
When your tired and ready to relax in the comfy beds, each bedroom has a 45” Smart TV and DVR. There is plenty of storage to put your things away. Large walk in closet in the Master Bedroom. We provide plenty of linens and pillows to assist in a good nights rest.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your family and or entertain.
Do you enjoy walking, the Boardwalk is right out front, or walk on the beautiful white sands first thing in the morning, it is so peaceful. Plenty of bikers, walkers and runners will join you as well.
As soon as you enter our Condo you will find it comfortable enough for an extended stay, week or even for just a weekend.

Family trip

One of the best Beach getaway!!

Outstanding rental and the host was communicative and incredibly responsive. This property had absolutely everything we could have needed for our beach family trip with an open living room and a HUGE balcony - which is where we spent most of our time - we had plenty of space to be together as a family or have space to get some quiet time away from everyone. The restaurant at the property was fantastic and the Beach bar was awesome. We especially enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella service.Would highly recommend. Great property. Great location. Great host.

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was clean when we arrived and had everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Fantastic property and experience!

We were in town for 4 nights. The property was awesome! The host Beverly was so easy to work with and helpful. The condo was perfect and had everything we could have wanted available to us! The balcony was huge and so peaceful and great ocean views. The property itself was directly across the street from the ocean. The private beach and everything about it was great! We will be back next year and hope the condo is available for our stay as we def want to return!

Great Property for Large Groups

Great location and set up for large groups. Three bedrooms and three baths! Everyone had their privacy. Two balconies with connections to the bedroom. You can see the ocean from the main living balcony. Nice restaurant on site and sky bridge to beach and beach bar. Chairs/umbrellas being included was a plus! (Make sure to get to beach around 6:30AM to secure the best spot for the day. Nice morning walk on the beach with coffee, helps. Just leave your towel and come back.) Walmart does grocery delivery to property and will come straight to your door, but there are super close Publix and souvenir shops. There is also a walkable ice cream shop. Kids enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts, too. (We brought our own pickleball paddles/balls.) There is a Yeti cooler on the property to use, as well as boogie board, umbrellas, etc. We left behind kits and a noodle for the next family to use! The complex is a bit older, but still nice. Covered parking garage is a bonus, but it does get full. Covered gas grills near parking garage to use.Owner was super responsive!!! Would recommend!!!

Hooker Family Vacation 2023

The place was super nice. Really clean. Convenient to the beach. The kitchen was really well stocked, best of any VRBO I’ve stayed. Beds were very comfortable. The living room was so spacious we were all able to sit and enjoy a movie together. The host are super responsive and friendly. I would love to come back and stay here again.

Wedding on the beach!

We were in Destin for a family wedding. We chose Surfside because the ceremony was on the beach and the reception was at Surfside. The unit was great; clear instructions about the property, roomy, well stocked, comfortable, great view and plenty of beach equipment for our use: THANK YOU! There was a restaurant onsite and several others nearby. The younger people in our group enjoyed the pool and hot tub on site. It was a wonderful long weekend; we even had an Easter egg hunt on the beach Sunday.

Great place to stay!

Everything was excellent. The owners had everything that you would need for a beach vacation. There were plenty of everything in the kitchen. The only thing that was not great was that the tennis court strap for the net was missing and the complex did not get it fixed for two weeks! Owner was awesome!! Will stay again.

Girls trip for a wedding

The condo was perfect! We all had plenty of room to get ready for all the special events we had going on while in Destin. The beds were comfy! The views were awesome! The walk to the beach was very short and the chair services was great. Enjoyed the restaurant on site, our friends that live in Destin visit the restaurant and beach bar often and they love it too. Will defiantly stay there again. Thanks

Everything was wonderful. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We only went out to eat twice so we used the kitchen a lot. Balcony seating was awesome. The only downside is that the area is very busy with all the other condos right there.

Great times on the Emerald Coast!

We loved the condo! Great views, ample room, plenty of plates, containers, etc. There was plenty of seating and nice newer furniture. Also the owners were very friendly, responsive and organized The beach service was great
 really nice to not have to lug down chairs and umbrellas! Only complaint was the elevator had a wait most days with so many properties checking in and out but this shouldn't deter you. There were plenty of luggage carts just need a little patience.

Great location

We had a great time in this unit. You look out to the bay from the living room and the gulf from the balcony. Plenty of room that my group of 8 staying there didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Enjoyed having enough chairs on the beach for all of the adults and there are extras in the closet if you wanted to take more down. We like the area and restaurant availability within walking distance.

Best vacation ever

Our stay in Miramar Beach was the best ever vacation for us, and a lot had to do with the condo. The view from the balcony was perfect, we ate almost every meal taking in as much of it as we could. The accommodations were exquisite, the beds were soft, the kitchen had everything we needed, the family room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the attention to detail in the decor and creature comforts. Beverly was very helpful, and quick to respond. We will definitely be back to stay at 1012, awesome place.

Never having been to this area, Miramar Beach was the best place along this coast. And this condo was amazing! It was beautiful, clean, great spot for the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. Beverly was great to work with for any questions we had. If we’re in the area again I’d definitely stay here!

Perfect beach vibe condo
