At the heart of Aqua Reina is an expansive 20-by-28-foot lagoon-style pool, designed for both relaxation and fun. No Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules

Pets 50lbs and under are allowed as guests at Aqua Reina. There is a fee of $150 per stay for the 1st pet and an additional $75 fee for a second pet. Maximum of two pets are allowed. Payment for the 2nd pet may need to be collected after your reservation is made.

The pool is available to heat November through April for an additional $25/day. Just let us know and we can collect payment after booking. Keep in mind we have a heat pump and this works best when temperatures are above 50 degrees. It will not turn on if temps are below 50.

Aqua Reina is equipped with a 6 passenger golf cart to be used during your stay. A signed golf cart waiver is required to have access to the golf cart.

Loved this property! Close to beach, shopping and our favorite restaurants. The home is very well cared for. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for all cooking needs. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing in the pool or cooking on the grill. Plenty of seating and even had a grass area for kids to play. The golf cart is a plus and makes getting around very easy.

We loved our short stay at Aqua Reina. The backyard was fantastic, and the heated pool was perfect since it was cooler weather during our stay. The house was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. We especially enjoyed cruising along the scenic highway on the golf cart—it was a highlight of the trip. Overall, a great stay and a place we’d happily return to.

Just finished our great 6-week snow-bird stay! This two-story home is clean with stylish beach decor located in a quiet gated neighborhood -- quick 8 to 10 min walk to the beach. The amenities really set this place apart: a great fenced back yard with comfy patio, sparkling salt-water pool, well-equipped kitchen, and a spotless golf cart for easy local travel. Beautiful house in a great location

We had such a relaxing time at this property. The home is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. The pool area is amazing and so peaceful. The beds are comfortable and they have all the supplies and amenities that you could need. We have traveled to Destin/Miramar Beach for years and this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. This place was perfect for our trip. The pool and outdoor space were a huge hit and we loved having the golf cart for quick rides to the beach and nearby spots. What a great vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house is super close to restaurants and the beach! The golf cart makes getting around convenient (and is just fun to ride in). We loved the outdoor space - the heated pool was great and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio both day and night. The house is really nice and well-appointed (even has a cute coffee station). We had everything we needed for our stay! And Connor was a great host - very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will most definitely be back!

We had an incredible stay at Aqua Reina and couldn’t have asked for a better beach home! The location alone is hard to beat—tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and just a short walk (or ride in the golf cart which we enjoyed!) to the sugar-white sand beaches of Miramar Beach.The house itself is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out for groups. With four bedrooms, multiple en-suite bathrooms, and plenty of space to spread out, it comfortably accommodated our group for our quick New Year Trip. The bunk room and sleeper sofa were perfect for kids, while the upstairs bedrooms offered privacy and comfort for adults.The backyard was a true highlight. The heated pool is enormous and beautifully designed, with plenty of seating for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the outside. It felt like a private resort. The garage gym was an unexpected bonus—well-equipped and great for keeping up with workouts even while on vacation.Everything we needed was provided, from linens and starter toiletries to a well-appointed kitchen.
