Looking for a vacation that combines beach, bay, and luxury? Bahia 4329 has you covered! This gorgeous condo rental is located on the bayside of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Perched on the edge of Choctawhatchee Bay and only a short tram ride to the glittering gulf, this condo offers all the best of a Destin vacation, including privacy, relaxation, and beachy luxury. With one bedroom and one bath, the condo can accommodate up to four vacationers—perfect for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, or a small family vacay.

Bahia 4329 features an open floorplan that connects the living, kitchen, and dining space into one large great room. In the living room, a set of three large windows face the bay and offer incredible views of the water. Guests can enjoy the views from the living area’s cozy seating ensemble, which is made up of a chic white couch and two light-green accent chairs. A flatscreen TV is mounted above a floating entertainment center. The dining area features a glass-topped table and six chairs seated beneath a straw-woven chandelier. Adjacent to the table is a set of sliding glass doors that open onto a breezy balcony furnished with straw-woven lounge chairs. Back inside, the modern kitchen includes sleek black appliances and a white breakfast bar with two raised chairs. It also has a tropical accent wall that adds to the condo’s coastal flair.

The master bedroom suite boasts a king-size bed, coastal-green accents, and access to the romantic balcony. Two sunny windows let in ample light and views of tropical flora. The room also has access to the full luxury bath with a double vanity, tub/shower combo, and partitioned toilet.

Great stay. It was so close to everything!

This is a beautiful place. It was simple and efficient. Well decorated and location is great. Some things could be cleaner (bathroom floors, fabrics, faucets). Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come again!

High End Failure

The unit had a wet smell upon arrival. My wife sat on the couch to find out all of the seating cushions were wet. I immediately called the booking company. They told they had cleaned the couch for my benefit and that it would eventually dry and I could sit on towels until it was dry. I suggested they contact the owner as I was not happy about paying full price and not receiving full use of the condo. They just keep reiterating it would eventually dry. Also, a large mirror, about 6ft by 3ft had come off of the wall and was leaned against the wall, clearly a safety concern. These issues caused me to cancel an invitation to entertain some clients at the condo before we left for dinner. Later discovered dried blood splotches around the toilet. Had this unit been clean and as presented in the ad it would have been a good stay. As the couch dried it began to have a “Pet” like odor to it, urine or wet dog. I will not rent from any owner using this management company again. My concerns were not adequately addressed, I asked to be contacted by the owner and that never happened. Their fix was to offer extra towels.

Property Manager needs to step up the communication

Property manager sent too many emails prior to arrival. Most of them containing repetitive Information. However, never emailed the link to register our vehicle to be able to access the parking garage. Took multiple phone calls and after almost 3 hours after arrival they finally provided us with the registration information. No one could figure it out! They wanted us to call the next morning (and park where??) basically because no one knew what to do. Property was clean, comfortable and well decorated! Great location.

Winter fun

We really liked the location and the condo itself. Had some problems with the heat when we first arrived. Ocean Reef got right on it. We got room heaters and a few days later a crew came to fix the heat. One problem was that there was too much moisture in the condo. This caused too much condensation on the windows so there were puddles on the floor. We wiped up the water every time we saw it, but owners might want to make some changes to the system. Loved the decor and appreciated how well stocked the condo was.

From the moment you walk in you’ll just be in awe of this amazing place. It’s so peaceful & relaxing. It was a perfect little getaway for me to take some time alone. I definitely will be back to stay here.
